HI James, would you have a list of the current yardsticks for Nacra's (all)?
Does the 14sq yardstick include spinnaker rig or without?
Monomuncher absolutely flogged us last weekend and everyone still was in front on corrected time......
Thanks mate,

So put simply, in terms of distance and I understand this will alter as the wind strength changes, How far is there between yardsticks in percentage Eg 50 yardstick boat verses a 100 yardstick boat? must you be 50% of the course infront if you had the 50 yardstick boat? Making you twice the speed or travelled twice the distance of the 100 yardstick boat. Would this then be Nacra Inter17 verses nacra 14sq = 72.5/100 - 84.5/100 = 12% therefore the I17 has to have finished when the 14sq has completed 88% of the course for a draw. Or maybee I have absolutley no idea what Im saying cause I have no idea where the finish line was. I couldnt help that I was in love with the No. 1 marker and had to go there again for absolutley no reason. lol Devon

First of all, Thanks for the research James, much appreciated mate.
Secondly,Devon, mate.... Do you think we may be better off going wide between No.1 and Church rather than the direct route?
Given the handicap, I'm bloody glad that i didn't get a Hobie 14 and try to relive some of my childhood camping days.

Ok Devon, with the figures that i have, I need to beat the first Taser by 7.6 minutes every 30 minutes we race.
You need to beat the first Taser by 13.5 minutes every 30 minutes raced, but you ony need to beat me by 5.9minutes for every 30 minutes.
I don't think it's fair because we need to do 2 tacks just to get to No.1. which takes us alot longer to complete than the bloddy taser.
The course is rigged. We should have our own division soon anyway :D
